Welcome to our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Our Pre – Kindergarteners are getting ready to venture out into the world. Our Pre – Kindergarten class is for our rising kindergarteners. These friends must be 4 years old by September 30th of the current school year, be fully potty trained and socially- emotionally ready to attend a Pre- K class. Our Pre-K class is a self-help classroom.

These friends use the Abeka K4 curriculum to enhance their phonics and number skills. They take all the skills they learned in their previous classes and put them together. Our Pre- Kindergarteners are working on blending letter sounds together to form words and eventually read. These Pre-K students are learning to write their letters, names, and simple words. We are helping our Pre- K kiddos learn to foster friendship as we and focus on physical, social, and mental skills. We strive to encourage our Pre – Kindergarten students to develop confidence in all areas of life.
